Welcome to E.A Profit Improvements. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide website design, branding, SEO, marketing, and conversion optimisation services. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion before final files are released. Recurring services (e.g. SEO retainers) are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge.
Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. Client approval is required at each major milestone before work proceeds.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
E.A Profit Improvements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, in the courts of England and Wales.
